Q. What if the flight is delayed or arrives early?
A. We constantly monitor all flights for updated landing times. If your flight is due to arrive earlier or later to the original booking, we will re-schedule your pickup accordingly.

Q. What happens if my flight is cancelled or missed?
A. Please call the office as soon as possible on 0044(0)7500 830083. As we monitor flights we will be aware that your flight is cancelled and will not dispatch a driver. We will hold your booking until you re book with the new arrival information.

Q. Can I smoke in the vehicle?
A. No, we have a strict no smoking policy in all of our vehicles.

Q. How do I meet my driver at the airport?
A. All Passengers receive a “meet and greet” service and can expect to see their driver with a name board waiting in the Arrivals Hall. The driver will give you a courtesy call to let you know he is there waiting at the meeting point. If the Arrivals Hall is particularly busy and you cannot locate your driver, please call our phone number 08081 333 333 and we will get in touch with the driver for you.

Q. How long will the driver wait for me?

A. Once the alloted waiting time of 45 min from point of entry has expired your driver will make extensive enquiries at the airport (with customs; your airline; airport information’s paging system). How ever if no contact is made within 1 hour and 30 min the driver is authorised to leave the terminal.

Q. What can I expect from Ridesmart Chauffeur’s drivers?

A. All of our drivers are smartly dressed, with clean vehicles. They all have satellite navigation.

Q. What is a executive car?

A. Our executive cars are comfortable and luxurious. We offer a range of vehicles from Mercedes E & S Class, Chrysler Grand Voyagers and VW Transporter. These cars have refreshments, daily newspapers, and selected vehicles have in car entertainment, wifi internet access and charging facilities for mobile phones and laptops.

Q. How do I get a quote or make a booking?

A. To get a quote use our quote system which can be found on the homepage. Once you have entered the information required you will receive your quote, you will then be able to proceed with the booking.

Q. What if my pick up address or destination is not listed?

A. We have included many postcodes in our database, however if yours is not listed, please enquire using contact us form to request a quotation. Alternatively you can email direct info@ridesmart.co or call us on 0044 (0) 8081 333 333.

Q. Do I have to book in advance?

A. If you are booking online, you can book a car up to 24 hours in advance. To book a car as soon as possible please call us on 0044(0) 8081 333 333.

Q. Are your prices fixed?

A. Yes, our prices are fixed whether booked online or via telephone. Please note that there could be additional charges if there are additional drop offs, pick ups or diversions. We have a different pricing structure for the Christmas and New Year period. This can be obtained by using the contact us form.

Q. Will I be sharing my car with anyone else?

A. No, this is a private transfer booked for yourself only.

Q. I am travelling with a child, can you provide babyseats or child seats?

A. Yes, we offer up to two baby seats and child seats per vehicle. Please state the childrens ages and we will provide an appropriately sized baby seat at a cost of £5.

Q. Can I make a booking for more than 8 passengers?

A. You can book for as many passengers as you like. Please email us the details of the booking for a special quote to info@ridesmart.co.

Q. My driver is late, what do I do?

A. Please call us on 0044(0) 8081 333 333 and we will be able to locate the driver and tell you how long it will take him to reach the pick up address.
